The book “The Swaying Scene” by Ukrainian scholar Dr .Oleg Maltsev was published on October 25, 2020 and has already caused a furore, receiving many favorable reviews. It tells the story of how the youngest world boxing champion in history, Mike Tyson, was robbed of $1 billion, and the thieves did it completely unnoticed, even by “Iron Mike” himself.
Books like this – the work of many years of research – generate a host of questions. Perhaps the answers to some of them are beyond the scope of the book. Others can be answered by the author, and for this reason, Dr. Maltsev agreed to host readers in an online event, allowing him to shed further light on the mysteries of the case.

The first online meeting between the author of the book “The Swaying Stage”, Dr. Oleg Maltsev, and his readers took place in 2020. This was the first of a series of discussions. Five meetings in total are planned, in which more than 50 people from 10 countries are expected to participate.
The Information Security Institute has contributed to the organization of these meetings.
During the first meeting with readers, Dr. Oleg Maltsev answered questions from the participants and shared candid details about the writing of the book. One of the first and most obvious questions was asked by a woman from Los Angeles: “Given that the story features Donald Trump, who opens up to readers from a completely different (one might say dark) side, wasn’t the book scheduled to come out at the same time as the US election?”
“To be honest, I didn’t know when I would finish writing the book. It’s not like I was writing it to order. My books are written exactly as long as it takes to finish the work. So, it’s almost impossible to time the publication to a specific date. Let me put it this way: when I first heard about this story — it was after 4 hours of talking with Steve Lott on Skype, I thought I would write a book in one month. I sat down, started working, but when I wrote the first two pages — I realized that even in a year I could not write it,” Dr. Maltsev.

Dr. Maltsev was also asked about the hot topic of 2020: the COVID-19 pandemic. He had the following to say.
“Today the world has changed a lot, but people haven’t. And that’s the biggest problem. In fact, a pandemic has arisen, and most people still don’t understand what has happened. The pandemic means that globalization has stopped for now. Someone really doesn’t want a global world. That the pandemic is man-made is obvious.”
According to the scholar, decisive changes are taking place in society today, and experts argue that a robbery of the middle class is taking place, as can be clearly seen in developments in Europe.
