The methodology of comprehensive analysis of the subject and the organization in cooperation and partnership is a unique tool, which was developed as a result of research into effective and proven methods used by organizations as means of regulating business relations in Europe.
The results of the study of European methods showed on the one hand the effectiveness and reliability of the data regarding the analysis carried out using existing tools on organizations in western Europe, and on the other hand showed very low effectiveness and reliability in the analysis carried out on organizations in the post-Soviet space. This is because current European methods do not correspond to the mental organization of the inhabitants of the post-Soviet territory, where for more than 70 years there were no conditions for business development.

The expert community at the Institute of Information Security has not just adapted the European approach to post-Soviet countries, but has also significantly enriched the methodology by providing additional parameters and markers, which are extremely important within the spheres related to the activities of the Institute. This revised methodology of complex analysis of the subject and organization provides a comprehensive system of risk assessment for use at the beginning of cooperation, taking into account dozens of additional parameters and critical factors which are not considered in similar European methodologies. The effectiveness of the adapted methodology showed high efficiency and compliance with business requirements both in the territory of the former Soviet Union and in Europe.
As a result of applying the methodology, a comprehensive view and a complete picture of the risks of cooperation with a particular subject can be formed. This is one of the most sought-after intellectual assets for actors in the business environment. The availability of objective, relevant, reliable, and even initially invisible information about a potential partner and counterparty allows a businessman to make the right strategic decisions, to avoid mistakes, to see reputational vulnerabilities, and to adjust their actions accordingly.
Thanks to the scientific patronage of the academic community involved in the European Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Criminalistic Research Institute, and the Research Institute of Integral Psychology, the improved methodology includes applied applications at the interface of law, economics, management, social psychology, criminology, religious studies, psychiatry, political science, neurophysiology, philosophy, and linguistics.

In the adapted methodology, a comprehensive analysis of the individual subject is conducted in four key areas: sociological analysis, criminological analysis, psychological analysis, and reactive-behavioral analysis. The anomalies and inconsistencies detected in the course of verification are studied and described with the help of prepared applications that include an exhaustive range of factors, with a determination of the degree of influence of these factors on the subject’s final status.
As a result of the analysis, the subject is assigned one of three statuses:
1. Green status means that it is possible to build strategic and partnership relations with this subject without obvious reputational risks.
2. Yellow status means that the strategic partnership currently involves a level of risk and require either the resolution of specific issues identified during the audit, or that in general, there are objective risks of non-compliance on the part of the entity.
3. Red status means that at this time any cooperation is strongly discouraged.
In addition to the status system, the Comprehensive Analysis for Cooperation and Partnership methodology also includes the 25-Parameter Business Reputation Model 25-SSBR. This comprehensive analysis of a person’s behavior provides valuable insights into how the subject positions himself or herself in society.
